Stations and points are different levels of information

One location may contain several stations and charge points. A free space for one connector does not confirm that a point compatible with your car is available. Check the connector, power and status of the relevant point together.

In Stacja Obok, connector, minimum power and reported availability filters refer to the same point. The number on a marker cluster represents a group of stations, rather than the total number of free cables. Zoom in and check the card for your chosen location.

What do the different statuses mean?

Reported free: the point is reported to EIPA as operationally available and unoccupied. Occupied: the source reports ongoing use of a point that remains operationally available. Unavailable: operational unavailability is reported. This information alone does not establish whether a fault is the cause.

Unconfirmed status appears when data is missing or does not meet our freshness requirements. Access restrictions, suspension or opening hours may apply separately. Missing data should not be equated with availability.

Export, retrieval and status change

The export time is when the source data was prepared. The retrieval time tells you when Stacja Obok read it. The status change time relates to a particular point. A point may remain in the same state for a long time while appearing in a fresh export.

While you use the service, we check dynamic data no more often than every 90 seconds. We consider a status current when both export and retrieval fall within the last 5 minutes. This is the service's data freshness rule, not a guarantee that the physical device works.

What else should you check before setting off?

Confirm opening hours, entry conditions, the correct side of the road and the price for your payment method. A green point may be in a car park with its own rules and charges. The space may become occupied before you arrive.

On a longer trip, prepare an alternative station with a compatible connector and keep an energy reserve appropriate to the conditions. The map does not reserve a point. Current information in the operator's app and the message on the charger also matter before starting a session.

When the map and reality differ

Record the point ID, address and observation time. Report problems with the device itself to the operator using the help number shown at the station. You can report a display error in Stacja Obok to kontakt@stacjaobok.pl.

A station's absence from the results does not prove that it does not exist. Results depend on the source, filters and location quality. Coordinate discrepancies require verification; we do not direct you to a point merely by guessing which location is correct.

Guide sources and scope

Example prices are calculation assumptions. Check the terms of the specific point before charging. Confirm car compatibility in its manual.
