Scope of the service

Stacja Obok provides charging station information, reported charge point statuses, cost comparisons, calculators and informational content. Using these features and an account does not require payment to Stacja Obok. Charges from charging operators, car parks and other external services are separate.

An EIPA status is not a reservation, a guarantee of a free space on arrival or a physical test of the charger. The energy rate may not cover the session's full cost. We describe data and calculation limitations alongside results and on the page Data and its limitations. Check the information for your chosen point and tariff.

Account and sign-in

An account lets you save up to 100 favourite stations, view their reported statuses and remove items from the list. Favourites are available on devices signed in to the same account. An account is optional. We create a user profile at the first successful Google sign-in. The account service continues until you delete the account or request its deletion. You can sign out and delete your account at any time in the “Account” tab.

You need an up-to-date browser supporting HTTPS, JavaScript and essential cookies to use the service. You must not use the service for unlawful activities, security breaches, impersonation or disruption of services.

Stacja Obok user reviews

A signed-in user may add one review of a station: a rating from 1 to 5 and text from 10 to 3000 characters. The review is published under the public name set in the account. You can edit and delete it. Describe your own experience without other people's personal data, unlawful content or impersonation. The author's sign-in does not mean Stacja Obok has verified that charging took place. Portal reviews and Google reviews are displayed separately.

Google Maps content

Use of Google Maps features and content is subject to Google Maps and Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

Reviews and ratings come from the linked Google Maps listing. When a listing covers the whole location, reviews may concern, for example, a filling station or shop. We show up to five reviews returned by Google in relevance order. We do not use them as confirmation that the charger works.

Reports and complaints

You can report a data error, account problem or complaint about the operation of Stacja Obok to kontakt@stacjaobok.pl. Describe the problem and, where relevant, provide the page address and the time it occurred. We will respond within 14 days of receiving the report. Also direct reports about the charging service itself to the relevant operator.

Privacy and changes

Data processing rules are described in Privacy policy. The update date is shown in the document. We will announce account-related changes in the service before they take effect. These terms do not limit consumer rights under applicable law.
