Choose a connector compatible with your vehicle manual and check its AC/DC charging limits. Motor output is not charging power. Plan an alternative station and keep enough energy to reach it. Reported availability is not a reservation.

Check the side of the road, entrance, hours, parking level and sector. Parking rules may include a separate charge or time limit. If Stacja Obok has no confirmed information, access remains unknown; it does not mean free entry or 24-hour access.

Prepare the session start and payment method

Open the correct app or prepare an accepted RFID card before connecting. Do not assume every point in a network has a payment terminal. Check the charger identifier and tariff for your selected payment method. Avoid payment codes whose origin you cannot verify.

No internet or a rejected payment does not mean charging is free. Check the app and charger messages. Contact official operator support or use your planned alternative. Card pre-authorisation is not automatically an extra fee; check its terms.

Tariff example checked on 1 November 2026

For an eligible ORLEN VITAY promotional session, 30 kWh DC costs 30 × 2.19 = 65.70 PLN for energy. At 75 minutes, 0.33 PLN per minute after 60 minutes adds 4.95 PLN. Charging under these assumptions totals 70.65 PLN before any unknown parking charge.

This is a dated example, not a permanent offer. The promotion runs from 30 October 2026 at 09:00 to 16 November 2026 at 23:59 and excludes roaming, card terminals, ad hoc payment and combined discounts. At standard rates of 2.69 PLN/kWh and 0.40 PLN/min, the same session costs 86.70 PLN before parking. Check current prices and point-specific terms before starting.

During the session and when finishing

After starting, check that energy is actually flowing. A problem with one connector does not establish that the entire location is unavailable. If charging does not start, record the charger identifier and message and contact the operator’s official support.

Finish according to the operator instructions, check the bill and release the bay. Compare energy, time, start and parking charges separately. A useful review describes the visit date, connector, success or failure, access and payment; stars alone do not communicate this.
