From 06:00 to 22:00, normally 3 hours are free; validated app or Helios users get 4 hours. Further hours cost PLN 5/hour. Every hour from 22:00 to 06:00 is charged. The allowance is tied to the number plate and one entry per day, with additional conditions for arrival before 21:55. Stays crossing daytime and nighttime tariffs are not calculated automatically.
Ticketless entry uses number-plate recognition. Machines accept cash, BLIK or cards; Parking Posnania and AnyPark apps are also available. The parking office is on level -1 by the pink area. Levels +2 and +3 are for subscribers; the source does not identify the level of this specific charger.
